How big is the finished puzzle?
It has 500 pieces and measures about 16 x 20 in when finished. The exact size depends on our print partner, so treat it as an approximate size.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo with faces large enough to see. The original file from your phone is better than a screenshot or a photo saved from social media. If your photo is too small to print well, we email you before printing.
Can I use a photo with people in it?
Yes, as long as the photo is yours or you have permission from the people in it and from whoever took it. You confirm this at checkout.
Can I add a name or a message?
Yes. At checkout you can add an optional name (up to 30 characters) and a short message (up to 40 characters), like a date or a few words. We add them to your design.
Will the whole photo fit on the puzzle?
We fit your photo to the shape of the puzzle, which can trim the edges. Photos with the important parts near the center work best. If we think something important will be cropped, we email you.
Do I get to approve a proof before printing?
We do not send a design proof. We check your photo's resolution and fit before printing, and we contact you if anything looks off.
What is it made of?
The puzzle is printed on chipboard.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into production. Email us as soon as you can with your order number. Once it is printed, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because each puzzle is made from your photo, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, with missing pieces or incorrect, email us within 30 days and we will reprint it or refund you.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Right now we ship across the United States.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to print your order and share it only with our print partner. We delete it after 90 days. Read the privacy policy for the details.
