Products and prices
Prices are shown in USD. We do our best to keep information and images accurate; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.
Orders and payment
The order is confirmed when payment is approved by PayPal. We may cancel and refund an order if fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable.
Shipping and returns

Your photos and rights
By uploading a photo you state that it is yours or that you have permission from the people in it and from its author to reproduce it on the product. We do not print illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or images of people without their permission; we may reject or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a photo breaks this. You remain the owner of your photos and only license us to use them to make and ship your order.
Personalized products
Every product is made to order with your photo. Printed colors may differ slightly from your screen and dimensions may have a small manufacturing tolerance. Our refund policy applies, and it does not include returns for change of mind.
Product use
Use the product as described in the included guide. We are not liable for damage caused by use other than as indicated.
Intellectual property
The texts, images and design of this store belong to their owners and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. This does not affect your non-waivable consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice to consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
