Shipping policy

Each puzzle is printed to order by our print partner, then shipped to you with tracking.

Delivery times

• Production: 2 to 7 business days after we confirm your payment and photo (items are made to order).
• Transit: 4 to 10 business days depending on destination and carrier.
• Estimated total: 6 to 17 business days.

These are estimates in business days, counted from when your photo and payment are confirmed. Ordering for a holiday? Order by about November 20 to leave room, though we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping cost

Shipping to the countries we serve is free. Any import taxes or duties charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility where local law requires it.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to update.

Delays, lost or damaged orders

If more than 24 business days pass without receiving your order, or it arrives damaged or wrong, email tadg2001@gmail.com with your order number and we will find a solution: a reshipment or a refund.

Delivery address

Check your address at checkout. If you made a mistake, tell us as soon as possible: we can only fix it if the order has not shipped yet.
